Dogs and cats are welcome at 206 Apartments, with restrictions on breeds including Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and Wolf hybrids. Pet deposits are $300, and monthly pet fees are $40 per pet. (Maximum of two pets per apartment.) Note: pet restrictions and deposit requirements don’t apply to qualified assistance animals.
